In a notice issued to customers on Monday, January 26, 2026, the company acknowledged reports of service interruptions and apologised for the inconvenience caused to users.
MTN MoMo stated that its technical team is actively working to resolve the issues affecting access to the platform. The company assured customers that updates would be provided once the challenges are fully addressed.
