The Black Stars landed in Abuja safely for the reverse fixture of the 2022 World Cup qualification play-off against Nigeria on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.
The Ghana contingent touched down at the Abuja International Airport at around 13:30 GMT and will go straight to their hotel for some rest before the official training later in the evening.
Black Stars will train at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, the venue of the match at 17:00 GMT.
The first leg of the decisive qualifier ended 0-0 at the Babayara Stadium in Kumasi last Thursday with everything to play for in the second leg.
Ghana failed to make it to the last edition of the World Cup in 2018 in Russia and are keen on making a 4th appearance at the Mundial in Qatar this November.
The last time the Black Stars visited Nigeria in World Cup qualifications was in July 2001 where they suffered a 3-0 thrashing to the Super Eagles.
Ghana travelled with a full compliment of the squad for the crunchy game with the exception of Edmund Addo who was ruled out before the first leg tie in Kumasi.
FC St. Pauli star Daniel-Kofi Kyereh who picked up a knock before Friday’s match has fully recovered and is line for a starting place on Tuesday evening.
