‘Shatta Wale Never Begged The IGP’ – Arnold Asamoah Reacts To Viral Photo Of Shatta Begging IGP

Entertainment pundit, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo has rubbished reports that Shatta Wale knelt down to beg the new IGP during the Ghana Police and the celebrities meeting.

Recall that a few days ago, Shatta Wale was dragged out of a meeting between the entertainment players and the Ghana Police.

Following that, a photo of the Self-acclaimed Dancehall King kneeling before the high table where IGP Dampare and some important dignitaries were seated trended on social media with the caption that the Ayoo singer was begging them for interrupting the meeting.

However, narrating what happened at the meeting on United Showbiz, Arnold Asamoah, a eyewitness giving his account said Shatta never knelt down to beg the IGP.

Explaining further, he revealed that while the meeting was going, they heard Shatta talking on top of his voice and using the ‘F*ck you’ to insult a Police personnel who wanted to seize his phone.

According to him, every body in the meeting attention was quickly shifted to what was going on over there. Angry COP Kofi Boakye stood up and ordered some policemen to lock Shatta Wale in one of the rooms at place the meeting was held.

Shatta Wale was then dragged out of the meeting but Kwame A Plus some people intervened and pleaded on his behalf, he was released and brought back to the meeting.

Rejoining the meeting, Shatta Wale apologized for distracting the meeting but never knelt down to do that.

Arnold said Shatta raised his to also contribute to the discussion, while making his suggestions, he knelt down before the IGP and pleaded that the Police should allow the celebrities to live their lives as stars.
