Why breathing during exercise is difficult for women as compared to men.

While both sexes have the capacity for phenomenal athletic activities, research has discussed that women find it difficult to breathe when exercising as compared to men.
The study suggests that one possible way sex could affect exercise dynamics and contribute potentially to differences in how men and women experience respiratory disorders such as asthma.
“For the findings of the research, researchers revealed that the differences observed in studies in relation to differences in difficulty in breathing during exercise is that various studies related to size and sex and that there is great variability in airway size amongst different individuals.
Hence, the reason for the difficulty on the side of women as compared to men.
