Dennis Miracles Aboagye, who served as the Communications Director for the 2024 Bawumia Campaign, has criticized the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), accusing the party of taking office without a concrete governance plan.
In an interview on Asempa FM’s *Ekosii Sen* political show, Aboagye claimed that the NDC’s rise to power was driven by rhetoric aimed at undermining the New Patriotic Party (NPP) rather than presenting effective solutions to the nation’s challenges.
“The NDC is now facing contradictions between their campaign promises and their actions in office,” he said. “They assumed leadership without a structured roadmap—only empty pledges designed to turn Ghanaians against the NPP. Now, they’re being confronted by the harsh realities of governance.”
He further pointed to poor performance in critical sectors like Lands and Energy as evidence of the administration’s lack of preparedness.
“They made numerous pledges in their manifesto, but now they’re claiming conditions are worse than anticipated. This only breeds more instability and uncertainty,” he added.
