Social media has been blessed with another challenge that has taken over the internet.
The #Breakmywaistchallenge as at time of writing this article the challenge was trending number 1 on Twitter.
Deducing from the various videos we have watched, ladies could be seen jamming to Ghanaian artiste Wendy Shay’s Break My Waist song.
Ladies in the video whine, shake and twerk their waist and backside to the tune of song.
In some videos some of the ladies could be seen wearing their normal dresses as they jam to the new tune in a way to promote the song.
The funny part this whole trend is that some men have also joined our dear ladies to shake their wood waist.
The trend started on TikTok and has now taken over social media platforms.
