22 years old Anita Amponsah an Old Student of Aggrey Memorial school couldn’t survive the Cancer which affected her cells.
After Struggling and begging on social media to get thirty thousand Ghana Cedis for Surgery, the beautiful girl passed on.
The sad development was confirmed to YEN.com.gh by a former classmate of Anita identified on Facebook as Rosa Linda, who has been in close contact with Anita’s family. 
The former student of Aggrey Memorial SHS in Cape Coast urgently needed to undergo the procedure to treat cancer and other affected areas.
A scan showed that Anita’s nostrils and throat were closed which need to be opened even before the cancer treatment would start.
“We’re very grateful for the love and support showed to our dear Anita. We appreciate it. You did your best to keep her alive but the will of God is stronger than man. May she Rest in Peace.”
Her classmate Priscilla Takyiwaa Abebrese announced on Facebook.
“Cancer oh Cancer, what did we do to you ? I can’t stop crying. Rest in peace Dear Anita” A relative of Anita called Patrick Amponsah also displayed on Facebook.
May the gentle soul of Anita rest in peace. She fought cancer but couldn’t win. How sad.
