Accra-Nima: Gutters Empty Into Streets After Short Down Pour [Video]

As usual some parts of Accra got flooded and some gutters were emptied after a short rainfall earlier today.

In a video going viral on social media has some residents of Nima, a suburb in Accra collecting the plastic waste from the gutters into dustbins.

From the video it is obvious that the gutters in this area were choked to the extent that the water could flow in the gutters.

So as the rain came it forced and overflow leaving the gutters to empty the plastic wastes onto the streets.
