A 9-year-old boy identified as Anthony Appiah has brought smiles to the faces of her parents and siblings who been struggling financially in the last two months.
The 9-year-old boy penned a touching and heartbreaking letter to seek financial assistance for his parents who are struggling to cater for him and four siblings.
In the letter sighted on Twither by GhArticles.com, the young boy who’s a class pupil revealed that his father, who’s a commercial (Trotro) driver car engine has broken down while his mother is also jobless.
9-year-old boy, Anthony Appiah was appealing to Ghanaians to intervene and help his parents get some jobs so they can take on his sibling to hospital who has been sick for awhile.
He also disclosed that they did not also have money to eat in the house.
Moreover, during their morning devotion prayers, after thanking God for the gift of life the next they do is to weep together.
The letter which found it way on Twitter was shared by a handle @abenamagis, at the end a good Samaritan decided to donate to help the family.
An amount of GHc900 was given to the boy to handover to his mother who was seen crying being overwhelmed by the kindness of the unidentified person and the effort of her son to help the situation.
The mother of the boy hugged him while weeping, a witness who video what was going on was heard advising the boy to be obedient to his parents no matter the situation.
