Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and pundit Arnold Asamoah Baidoo have been trending on social media for hours.

This trend followed after they had heated exchanges on Nana Ama McBrown‘s United Showbiz on UTV.

The celebrities exchanged heavy words on the show after the issue of Shatta Wale’s recently held State of the Industry Address.

His address, which was made to raise issues, make suggestions about Ghana’s music industry and the way forward has been critiqued widely.

The heated moment in the show is when Shatta Wale confronted Arnold. Their face-up was the first after the Pundit described him as confused and being inconsistent during a show on Okay FM.

He said ‘This guy!!! Solid guy!! Cool, firm, principled, courageous!! Arnold Asamoah Baidoo. You may not like what he says because the truth often hurts, but see, it is not advisable to surround yourself with people who say only what you want to hear if you want to be great. You need an Arnold in your life Periodically”.
