“We’ll Work Tirelessly to Restore Hope” – NDC Affirms Commitment on Ghana’s 67th Independence Day

In a resolute statement released on Ghana’s 67th Independence Day, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has reiterated its unwavering dedication to realizing the vision of Ghana’s founding leaders. The party conveyed warm congratulations to Ghanaians on this significant milestone, while also emphasizing the pressing need to address the challenges plaguing the nation.

The NDC underscored its commitment to implementing policies aimed at tackling unemployment, fostering economic growth, and improving the overall well-being of citizens. Expressing concern over the economic difficulties faced during the past seven years under the current government, the party highlighted issues such as mounting debts, declining disposable income, high unemployment rates, poverty, inequality, and corruption.

Moreover, the NDC criticized the leadership for evading accountability and failing to take responsibility for these critical matters, which they argued are undermining the fabric of Ghanaian society and impeding progress towards collective aspirations.
