VGMA 2020 To Come Off In August-Charterhouse CEO Reveals.

Theresa Ayoade, CEO of Charterhouse has revealed that Vodafone Ghana Music Awards(VGMA) 2020 is scheduled to take place in August.

She added that this decision was made due to the easing of restrictions by the president Nana Akuaffo-Addo.

Speaking with Joy Fm, she said:
The challenges of putting together logistics and not being sure of expected revenue is a real issue. In normal times we will have been able to sell up to 4,000 tickets in VGMA related events but it is not so now.”

Madam Theresa added that instead of the occasion taking place in a virtual manner like the just ended 3 Music Awards, the VGMA 2020 will go on live with audience adhering to social distancing protocols.
