The Member of Parliament (MP) and NDC 2024 Parliamentary Candidate for Daffiama-Bussie-Issa Constituency, Dr. Sebastian Ngmenenso Sandaare, has commenced the establishment of a Youth Center in Bussie-Baliania. During a concise ceremony arranged by the youth, the MP lauded their cohesion and pledged ongoing support for youth development. The proposed center, once completed, aims to serve as a versatile community structure.
To kickstart the project, the MP contributed an initial sum of Ghc20,000.00. Additionally, he advised the youth to establish a bank account under their name to facilitate the efficient management of funds earmarked for developmental purposes.
In an effort to enhance community infrastructure, the MP generously donated five street lights and undertook repairs for several malfunctioning street bulbs in Baliania. Moreover, he committed to addressing the pressing issue of three broken boreholes promptly, aiming to prevent health hazards and alleviate the burden of water scarcity, particularly affecting women in the area.
Expressing gratitude on behalf of the youth, Mr. Dorsah Jonas, known as Boozing, praised the MP’s support and emphasized the importance of unity in driving significant initiatives forward. He rallied fellow youths to actively engage in the project and urged them to stand in solidarity with the MP.
