The vice-presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, is beginning a campaign tour of the Upper West Region today, November 19, 2024.
This tour is part of her efforts to garner support for the NDC’s presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama, and the party’s parliamentary candidates as the December general elections approach.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang recently concluded engagements in the Northern Region, where she interacted with constituents and emphasized the NDC’s vision for national development.
During her Upper West tour, she is expected to visit key constituencies such as Wa Central, Lambussie, Nandom, Lawra, and Sissala. She will use the platform to articulate the NDC’s campaign promises and policy priorities, engaging directly with voters in the region.
The visit underscores the party’s commitment to connecting with grassroots supporters and addressing regional concerns as part of their broader campaign strategy.
