Our Day: Mother Of Oswald Explains How Her Son’s Letter Landed On Twitter (Video)

9-year-old Oswald has become a star overnight on social media after his letter of petition to his mother went viral.

Young Oswald penned down petition to his mother listing things he would want for his ‘our day’ celebration.

As early report by GhArticles.com, Oswald, a nine-year-old Primary 3 pupil petitioned his mother about a list of items.

The list which was tweeted by @SmylyThe3rd on Twitter received a massive blowout with many individuals and brands coming out in their numbers to give the young boy the ‘our day’ he deserved.

Oswald’s mother identified as Rita speaking in an interview with JoyPrime TV revealed how her son’s letter ended up on social media.

According to Rita, because of her busy schedules at work and house chores, she usually forgets Oswald’s our day celebrations.

So this time around, Oswald decided to write a letter to her three days to their our day celebration at school so that she wouldn’t forget.

Mrs. Rita explained that she took the letter to office and invited her colleague at office to have a look of the long list her son has written to her ahead of his school’s our day celebration.

Her friend laughed when he saw the list and the things her son was demanding, and jokingly said “This is an emotional blackmail letter.”

She added that her colleague then took a picture of the letter and uploaded it on Twitter and then it went viral.

Mrs Rita said since then her phone has not seen some rest, many private organizations and individuals are calling to donate to her son.
