Stephen Ntim, the National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has taken a short break from the party’s ongoing nationwide ‘Thank You Tour’ to address urgent personal matters.
This was announced in a statement released on Thursday, May 1, and signed by the party’s Director of Communications, Richard Ahiagbah. The statement emphasized that Mr. Ntim remains fully committed to the tour and will rejoin the team in due time.
“The New Patriotic Party wishes to inform all members and the public that the National Chairman has taken a short break from the ongoing nationwide ‘Thank You Tour’ to attend to some pressing matters,” the party stated.
The NPP thanked its members for their continued support and enthusiasm throughout the tour, which was endorsed by the party’s National Council. The tour, launched following the party’s defeat in the 2024 general elections to the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is aimed at appreciating the electorate, strengthening internal unity, and acknowledging divine guidance.
