The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has scheduled its final rally for the 2024 elections on Thursday, December 5, at Zurak Park in Madina, Accra, starting at noon. Themed “Resetting Ghana – Let’s Finish Strong!”, the event marks the culmination of the party’s nationwide campaign efforts.
In an official statement, Sammy Gyamfi, the NDC’s National Communications Officer, invited party supporters, media personnel, and the general public to attend. He emphasized the significance of the rally in energizing the party’s base ahead of the December 7 elections and encouraged media outlets to coordinate with the party’s Communications Bureau for coverage accreditation.
Meanwhile, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will hold its own concluding rally, the Possibilities Victory Rally, on the same day at the UG Sports Directorate Park in Accra, opposite the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
In a statement released by NPP National Organiser Henry Nana Boakye, the party invited members, supporters, and citizens to attend the rally, described as a historic event to be broadcast live on multiple media platforms. The rally will feature prominent party leaders, including President Nana Akufo-Addo, NPP flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, former President John Agyekum Kufuor, and other key figures.
Both rallies are expected to draw large crowds as the major political parties make their final appeals to voters.
