National Ambulance Service Launches Urgent Investigation into Viral TikTok Bullying Incident

The National Ambulance Service (NAS) has initiated an urgent investigation into a viral TikTok video involving one of its trainers, Philip Kwame Twumasi, and a recruit, Karim Latif, at the National Ambulance Training School in Nkenkaasu. The video, which has sparked widespread concern on social media, allegedly depicts troubling conduct between the two individuals.

In a press statement released on Saturday, November 22, 2025, NAS expressed deep concern over the incident, strongly condemning any form of bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior. The service emphasized that the actions captured in the video contradict its core values of respect, inclusivity, and professionalism.

According to the statement, management has already commenced investigations and assured the public that immediate disciplinary action will be taken against Philip Kwame Twumasi if he is found guilty of the allegations.

“The safety and well-being of our recruits is our top priority,” NAS stated, reaffirming its commitment to providing a supportive and respectful training environment.
