Ghanaian musician Sista Afia has debunked the claims that rapper Medikal wrote the verses for her in her new single, ‘She Got Nerves’ which was released two days ago.
The release of her new single has displayed some rap skills in her which she isn’t known for.
However, Sista Afia debunked the claims that Medikal wrote the verses of the song.
“I wrote the verses in my new song and Medikal played no part. I sacrificed my sleep to put all these verse together without no input from him”.
“The style might look similar to that of Sarkodie, Manifest or Medikal but that doesn’t mean it’s their writings. I love these rappers so definitely there will be similarities when I’m writing my rap verses. If for nothing, I should be given the credit for that because I put in a lot of effort”.
Sista Afia’s new single received counter jabs from Eno Barony and Freda Rhymz which is currently on the trend. It looks like the beef between these female artistes isn’t ending soon.
