Edwin Nii Lante Vanderpuye, Member of Parliament for Odododiodoo, has confidently predicted a landslide victory for John Dramani Mahama, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, in the December 2024 elections.
Speaking on Citi FM’s Eyewitness News on Wednesday, November 27, Vanderpuye expressed that Ghanaians’ sentiments overwhelmingly favor Mahama’s return to the presidency.
“John Mahama will already be president in 2025, even before the ballot is cast. You need to hear what Ghanaians are saying. I don’t just give predictions that fail,” he asserted.
He emphasized that Mahama’s victory is evident based on feedback from campaign activities across the country, declaring, “It is obvious and clear wherever we have been; John Mahama is winning these elections hands down.”
Vanderpuye also expressed confidence in the NDC retaining the Odododiodoo parliamentary seat, backing Alfred Nii Ashie Kotei as his successor. “No matter what, Honourable Ashie Kotei will win,” he added.
