Appiah emphasized the significance of maintaining a positive mindset and implementing effective training regimes, citing these elements as pivotal factors for success in a tournament as fiercely competitive as AFCON.

“Sometimes when Ghanaians underrate the team, that’s when the team surprises Ghana. And it’s happened so many times,” Appiah conveyed during his interview on Sienu TV. “Considering the quality of the players, I firmly believe they can perform exceptionally well. I have faith they can reach the final.”

Despite the recent string of lackluster performances by the four-time African champions, Coach Kwesi Appiah remains optimistic about the Black Stars’ prospects for success in the tournament.
