Popular Kumawood actor Alex Kofi Adu Mensah known well as Agya Koo has said that most movie producers became rich because of his movies in the market.
Veteran actor Agya Koo has been one of the best comic actors in the Ghanaian movie acting industry. The actor has graced the screens of most Ghanaians.
In an interview on Angel FM with host Ike De Unpredictable, Agya Koo stated that most movie producers always wanted to feature him in their movies because they made a lot of money using his movies.
“This is something that no producer in Kumasi can ever refute. When I was involved, they earned a lot of money. My films received a great deal of support and it was this support that enabled these producers to become who they are now”, he said.
Kofi Adu, also known as Agya Koo, is an actor and comedian from Ghana. He has appeared in over 200 Ghanaian movies including Obaatanpa, Away Bus, Black Star, Ma Tricki Wo and many others.
