Dog Attack in Birmingham Injures Three, Including 11-Year-Old Girl

In Birmingham, a dog attack left three individuals injured, one of whom was an 11-year-old girl. West Midlands Police reported that the child was bitten while running past a dog being walked by its owner in Bordesley Green on Saturday. Two men tried to intervene but were also bitten, sustaining injuries to their shoulders and arms. They were subsequently hospitalized for treatment.

The girl suffered similar injuries but they are not believed to be life-threatening. After the incident, the dog was taken to a local vet for examination and then moved to secure kennels while investigations are ongoing. Law enforcement officers have already spoken to the dog’s owner regarding the incident.
