Controversial Ghanaian comedienne, Afia Schwar has quietly deleted all posts accusing Western Regional Minister of being a suspect after pregnant woman’s confession.
During an interview on Angel FM, Kwabena Otchere-Darko Mensah refuted claims made on social media that Madam Josephine Mensah was heavily pregnant before she was allegedly kidnapped.
According to him, a preliminary investigation conducted on the supposed missing but found “pregnant woman” reveals she wasn’t pregnant.
He said that the medical officers who examined Josephine when she was found at the Axim Government Hospital told him that the 29-year-old was never pregnant as speculated on social media.
In reaction to that, Afia Schwarzenegger has lambasted the Western Regional Minister over his claims that the victim was never pregnant.
According to her, the lady in question has not come out publicly to narrate her ordeal, yet the minister has already started making false claims about her disappearance.
She averred that Kwabena Otchere-Darko Mensah has to be relieved of duty over his insensitive comments about the kidnapped lady, adding that we need intelligent people to run the country and not the likes of him.
However, Josephine Panyin Mensah confessed that she faked her pregnancy and kidnapping after she lost her real ‘pregnancy’ with the fears of losing her husband.
Her confession came after second medical examination by another team of gynecologists confirmed the 29-year-old woman was never pregnant.
Controversial Afia after realization she made a huge mistake by judging Kwabena Otchere-Darko Mensah wrongly went back to her social media page to delete all the post she did to lash out at the Minister.

Meanwhile, Josephine Panyin Mensah made her first appearance in court on Monday, September 27, 2021, she told the court that she is not guilty despite claims by the police that she confessed to faking the kidnapping and the pregnancy.
She was arraigned before a Takoradi Harbour Circuit Court A in the Western Region.
In a report filed by Citinews, the woman appeared calm when she was brought in to the court at 6:00 am to stand trial.
She is reportedly facing two charges of deceiving a public officer and publication of false news with intent to cause fear and panic.
According to a similar report filed by 3news, she has been granted a bail of GH¢50,000 with two sureties.
