Among its subsidiaries are Manet Housing, a real estate development company; Manet Paradise, a three star hotel resort; Manet Construction, a civil engineering wing and Manet Towers, an office complex .

Since its founding, Dr. Oppong-Beeko has guided the company through the choppy waters of Ghana’s challenging real estate sector, completing over 1800 homes for a growing list of satisfied buyers. Its first development, Manet Cottage was so well received by the market that others soon followed, including the Manet Cottage Annex, Manet Gardens and Manet Ville. Dr. Oppong-Beeko attributes this to the company’s insistence on the highest ethical standards, customer service and leadership in product development that have seen the Manet brand become synonymous with professionalism in real estate development.
