The Managing Director of Agricultural Development Bank PLC (ADB), Mr. Alhassan Yakubu-Tali, has officially stepped down from his position, effective February 5, 2025.
His resignation follows the nomination of a new Managing Director by the bank’s majority shareholder.
Mr. Yakubu-Tali was appointed as ADB’s Managing Director on December 1, 2022, after previously serving as the Deputy Managing Director from August 2017 to November 2022.
In a statement issued on February 6, 2025, ADB acknowledged his leadership in implementing a two-year corporate strategy that strengthened the bank’s capital and asset base.
The Board, Management, and Staff of ADB expressed their gratitude for his service and extended their best wishes for his future endeavors.
