The Human Rights Division of the High Court has adjourned the case between former Finance Minister Kenneth Ofori-Atta and the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to November 25, 2025.
The adjournment came after the court heard two motions filed by Mr. Ofori-Atta’s legal team on Thursday, October 23, 2025. According to an update from the OSP’s official Facebook page, the former Finance Minister’s counsel submitted two motions—one seeking discoveries and another requesting leave to amend the originating motion on notice.
Both motions were strongly opposed by the legal representatives of the Office of the Special Prosecutor.
The case, which has drawn public attention due to its high-profile nature, will resume in November for further proceedings.
