Former Vice President and 2024 NPP Presidential Candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has predicted that by 2028, Ghanaians will be calling for the return of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to rescue the nation.
He made the statement during the party’s Thank You Tour in the Eastern Region, where he addressed party stakeholders in Nkawkaw, Bunsu, and Koforidua.
According to Dr. Bawumia, the current administration will likely fail to meet the expectations of Ghanaians, leading to regret and a renewed desire for the NPP’s leadership.
He stressed that the NPP has the experience and vision needed to restore economic stability and national development.
