A recent video of Stonebwoy descending on musicians who like to hype their contents but does a little or no work got a lot people talking about it.
Initially, when the video went viral many people alleged that Stonebwoy was throwing shades at Sarkodie who was about to release his No Pressure album.
Apparently, prior to the release of the No Pressure album from the ‘King of rap music,’ a lot of social media hype went into it.
In the self-recorded video, Stonebwoy alleged that he single-handed does his own thing without the support from his colleagues in the music industry.
The Putuu hitmaker later on said his ‘Mondo Y3n’ comment was not a shade at anybody but many people misunderstood what he said.
He said that they wanted to create a beef between him and his fellow musicians.
Meanwhile, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo has reacted to Stonebwoy’s comment.
According to him, the hype is very needed in the entertainment industry.
“Hype is a critical element in the entertainment industry,” Asamoah-Baidoo said.
He asserted that he feels awkward when Stonebwoy said the entertainment is all about hype,.
According to him, he said even after putting in the hard work one still needs the hype to push the agenda forward.
