Award-winning actress, Akuapem Poloo has been hit with sad news today.
In an Instagram post seen by GhArticles.com, Akuapem Poloo has announced the demise of her grandfather.

The mother of one shared black post on Instagram to signify that she is bereaved.
Akuapem Poloo only gave the name of her grandfather as Mr. Emmanuel.
The controversial actress sharing the post penned down an emotional tribute to her lovely grandfather who took care of her when she was in the village.
Poloo revealed that a night before her grandpa passed on, he insisted on seeing her that night.
So she drove from Accra to Suhum government hospital and returned home late-night.
Then only to wake up and hear her grandpa has died.

The actress also added that this year has been a very bad year for her.
She was recently imprisoned for posting in a nude photo with her son, then got a bail after spending some days in Nsawam prison.
