Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson has declared that the government has restored economic clarity and stability within just 200 days of taking office.
Speaking during the 2025 Mid-Year Budget Review in Parliament on Thursday, July 24, Dr. Forson said targeted and swift interventions have reignited investor and public confidence in the economy.
“In less than 200 days, we have brought back clarity, certainty, stability and purpose to our economic policy in the nation,” he stated.
He emphasized that Ghana’s economic rebound is not abstract but already visible and being felt by citizens and stakeholders.
“We have made significant progress and the signs of recovery are obvious, evident, noticeable and visible, tangible and they are being felt,” he added.
