Actor-turn-politician John Dumelo has received social media praise after betting odds he dropped on social media helped many punters win big.
Before the night of the UEFA Champions League games on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, he had dropped some odds on Twitter where he urged those interested to stake responsibly.
That was not the first time he had shared odds with his followers. However, since odds look winnable until one stakes them, many took it with a pinch of salt.
But those who took a step of faith and staked the odds have confirmed their win and praised the young politician for helping them make money.
John Dumelo had tweeted:

On the back of that, the youth are of the view that politicians should rather give them sure odds that has the potential to change their lives after they have staked and won.
They believe political promises are just wild sayings that do not have any direct effect on the larger population.
