A serious road accident at Suhum-Asuboi along the Accra-Kumasi highway has left several people critically injured after a speeding vehicle veered off the road and plowed into a crowded street market. The incident occurred on Thursday, June 19, 2025, when the driver reportedly swerved to avoid hitting a child who suddenly crossed the road.
