Black Stars midfielder Thomas Partey has pleaded not guilty to two new rape charges during a court appearance at Southwark Crown Court in London.
The 32-year-old denies all allegations against him, including earlier charges of rape involving two women and the sexual assault of a third.
The latest charges stem from allegations made in February 2026, accusing him of raping another woman twice in December 2020 in London.
His defence lawyer, Jenny Wiltshire, stated that Partey continues to deny all charges and has cooperated fully with police, adding that no further comments would be made due to ongoing legal proceedings.
Partey was initially charged in 2025 with five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault following an investigation by the Metropolitan Police. He has already entered not guilty pleas to those charges, which relate to alleged incidents between 2021 and 2022.
Prosecutors say the new allegations emerged after earlier charges became public, with the complainant coming forward following media coverage of the case. The additional charges, involving a fourth alleged victim, have now been added to the ongoing proceedings.
The trial is scheduled to begin in November 2026 at Southwark Crown Court.
Despite the case, Partey remains active in professional football. The former Arsenal player, who joined the club from Atlético Madrid in 2020, currently plays for Villarreal and continues to feature for the Black Stars.
His bail conditions allow him to play but require prior notice for international travel and prohibit contact with the complainants.
