Social commentator and political critic, Kwame A Plus has alleged that some senior police officers are behind the killing some suspected police officers arrested in connection with bullion van robberies.
In June 2021 Police officer was shot dead by suspected armed robbers in an attack on a bullion van at Adedenpo near James Town in Accra Monday.
Reports said the officer who was with the National SWAT team of the Police was escorting the money in the vehicle and was seated in the front seat.
The Police Service said its investigations over the months have revealed that two Police Officers have been involved in Bullion Van robberies in the country in recent times.
Following another revelation drop, where a police officer in a WhatsApp group chat fingered the police officers who attacked the bullion van at James Town.
Information gathered by GhArticles.com has that the police officers fingered in the bullion van attack are about 10 officers.
The source adds that the one of the police officers who attacked the bullion van was the best friend of the SWAT officer who was shot dead.
