Shatta Wale knocked down a fan as he stepped out. This fan was trying to catch the attention of Shatta Wale by jumping to the front of his car and accidentally fell on the ground.

Shatta Wale managed to stop his car for the fan to pass. From the video, this would have been tragic if Shatta Wale was not a bit cautious.
