Sarkodie Shocked By Post Match Reaction From Nigerians About Super Eagles Performance

The whole country of Nigeria are yet to recover from the shock of their failure to qualify for the 2022 Qatra World Cup after the Super Eagles drew 1-1 with the Black Stars of Ghana.

Ghana held the Super Eagles to a 1-1 draw which secured them a spot at the Mundial in Qatar this year’s after qualifying with 1-1 aggregate.

Arsenal star Thomas Partey opened the scoring of the decisive game after after 10 minutes at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.

Partey’s shot from close range beats goalkeeper Francis Uzoho to end the 60,000 people at the stadium into silence.

Nigeria captain William Troost-Ekong converted a penalty to draw the Super Eagles level after a VAR decision in the 22nd minute.

Right after the game, the Nigerian supporters out of anger and disappointment invaded the pitch to attack their players, unfortunately, a CAF official lost his life as result of the stampede.

Some of the agitated fans spoke to the media after the pitch invasion as they expressed their disappointment in the team even though they put out a good performance.

Well, Nigerians believe their team did not play very well on Tuesday night.

In a tweet, Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie disagrees with Nigerians who are blasting the Super Eagles after they failed to beat Ghana.

According to Sarkodie, Super Eagles sold out an impressive performance at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja which even got him a little nervous and scared.
