A recent accident involving Ghanaian comedian Funny Face has been confirmed to have resulted in no fatalities, though significant injuries were sustained by the victims involved.
According to a close relative, Theresa, the 50-year-old mother knocked down by Funny Face, suffered serious injuries, including both of her knees being broken. Her niece, aged 6, and nephew, aged 2, also sustained head injuries, with the niece experiencing internal bleeding and a dangerous cut on her head.
The incident occurred at Kakraba Junction in Kasoa and prompted immediate medical attention, with all victims swiftly transported to the hospital for treatment. Despite initial concerns, none of the victims succumbed to their injuries. The niece, initially believed to be deceased due to severe unconsciousness and bleeding, survived the ordeal.
Funny Face’s condition remains undisclosed, and his whereabouts are unknown. Eyewitnesses suggest alcohol consumption may have been a factor, alleging that Funny Face was driving under the influence.
The police have been alerted to the incident, and further inquiries are ongoing. This development brings a sense of relief amidst the initial shock, as the victims now undergo necessary medical treatment in hopes of a full recovery.
