Gabby Asare Octchere-Darko, the founder of Danquah Institute has in his earlier communique on facebook advised businesses to take precuretionary measures to help curb the situation.
As posted by Gabby, the number of COVID19 cases will continue to grow if we do not take the right measures to curb it.
“Please, please, please! Coronavirus is still very much with us. Don’t let your guard down. On your construction site, in trotros, markets, factories, barber shops etc, please put the measures to control the virus before profit. The numbers will grow as we test more.
But the numbers will grow even more if we don’t observe the protocols. Even if we have less than 2% infection rate among those tested, 2% of 5,000 will put less pressure on our healthcare system than 2% of 50,000, for example. The virus doesn’t move. People move,” Mr Otchere-Darko said.
Ghana has so far recorded 2,169 COVID19 cases with 18 deaths and 229 recoveries.
