The National Communications Director for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi says President Akufo-Addo has lost the fight against corruption.
The lawyer and politician has also shared his opinion following the resignation of Mr Martin Amidu as the Special Prosecutor.
Mr Amidu resigned from his position as the Special Prosecutor after several interferes from the incumbent President on his duties according to the letter he sent to Nana Akufo-Addo.

His resignation came as a shocked to Ghanaians, since then many politicians in government, opposition and opinion leaders have reacted to the news.
Mr Sammy Gyamfi took to his twitter to register his opinion, he wrote; “We elected a President @NAkufoAddo who is an embodiment of corruption. A President, who has fought and oppressed all critical voices who’ve dared to expose the rot he is superintending over. His cup is now full. The fight against corruption has been lost. Sad.”
Until his resignation, Mr Amidu served as the Special Prosecution for 3 years.
