Alban Kingsley Sumani Bagbin is a Ghanaian politician who served as a member of parliament for Nadowli kaleo constituency.
The National Democratic Congress member was nominated by the NDC as the speaker of parliament.
After a heated confusion in parliament, the 7th parliament was dissolved and inaugurated and and surprisingly Alban Bagbin won against the NPP’s speaker of parliament Mike Ocquaye.

He was then sworn in to office by the Chief justice on Thursday 7 ,2021.
