Legendary goalkeeper Petr Cech, who retired in May 2019, donned the gloves once again on Monday night, making an appearance for Chelsea’s U23 team in a 3-2 win over Tottenham.
The 38-year-old was just two minutes into his return to the playing field when 20-year-old Jubril Okedina scored past him.

A mere 15 minutes later and this time it was 16-year-old Dane Scarlett who had the privilege of netting beyond Cech, who will be cringing at how he read the cross.
Chelsea reserves came back in the second half to make it a triumphant return for Cech, despite not being able to keep a clean sheet.
Cech has been training with Chelsea since last month as an uncontracted emergency goalkeeper due to the situation caused by COVID-19.
