Peduase Valley Resort has issued an official statement following a disturbing incident involving the son of one of the establishment’s shareholders.
The incident reportedly turned into a heated confrontation with both guests and a staff member and allegedly resulted in the dismissal of an employee and threats of violence.
According to eyewitness accounts, the shareholder’s son arrived at the lodge and became visibly upset after being politely asked to wait in line for his turn, as other guests had already placed their orders.
Despite the staff’s respectful explanation, he allegedly demanded to be served immediately, asserting his status as the owner’s son.
The situation quickly escalated when the young man reportedly began verbally abusing the staff member on duty.
Witnesses claim he threatened to fire the employee on the spot and allegedly made threats to shoot one of the guests who attempted to intervene.
The management of Peduase Valley Resort has acknowledged the incident and confirmed that an internal investigation is underway.
In a brief statement, the lodge assured the public that the safety and dignity of its guests and staff remain a top priority.
