Deputy Health of Minister Dr Bernard Okoe Boye claims the Promise of John Mahama to Okada Riders to be selfish Promise.
Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye made this allegations during his interview on TV3‘s New Day programme hosted by Johnnie Hughes.
According to the deputy minister,the promise to legalise Okada by Mahama was made out of selfish,just to buy the votes of the Okada riders and not he (Mahama) showing concern for the riders.
Emphasizing on his point,he said “He had power for four years to legalize it but he was not interested. When he went into opposition, he is coming to promise them.
“This promise is motivated not by the welfare of Okada riders but by his selfish interest to come back to power. Okada riders are not dumb, they can read through the promise.”
