Bishop Daniel Obinim is reportedly still in police custody due to failure to meet bail requirements.
This was confirmed by Ms. Juliana Obeng, the Heasd of Public Affairs of the Criminal Investigation Department.
The controversial pastor was charged with publication of false news as well as forgery of documents in addition to other offenses that are contrary to the law.
According to the police, he was arrested on Tuesday but did not provide enough information of the news he was alleged to publish .

He has been granted bail of GHS 100,000 with three sureties with one person to be justified.
Attempts to reach the pastor’s camp has been unsuccessful.
