After being in the custody of the police for several hours, Bishop Daniel Obinim was released and granted bail.
The pastor has released photos of which he’s seen holding and exhibiting several $100 bills.
On May 19, 2020 he was arrested for forgery of documents and publication of false news. He was later granted a bail of hundred thousand Ghana cedis with three sureties and one person to be justified.
Obinim was kept in police custody for longer than expected which made his relatives and friends go beserk and were seen complaining to the media.
However, he was finally released on Friday.
