The opposition party today has promised to absorb all tertiary fees for first year students if they win the elections.

With 6 days more to the general elections on Monday, December 7, the NDC has come out with yet another mouth-watering promise.
In a tweet sighted by Ghanaarticles.com on Sammy Gyamfi’s official page, the national communications director for NDC, he said;
