NDC Withdraws Assin Central Parliamentary Candidate Over Alleged Misconduct

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has withdrawn Nurein Shiabu Migyimah as its parliamentary candidate for Assin Central due to allegations of immoral behavior and actions against party principles.

Complaints against Nurein Shiabu Migyimah led the NDC’s Central Regional Functional Executive Committee (R-FEC) to conduct thorough investigations and deliberations. The committee ultimately decided to withdraw his candidacy with immediate effect.

In a letter addressed to the Assin Central NDC chairman, the Regional Functional Executive Committee stated that Nurein Shiabu Migyimah would be suspended for six months while awaiting the Regional Disciplinary Committee’s adjudication of the case.
