Mobile Money Operator Shot Near A Police Head Quaters.

A mobile money operator was shot last night at his back near a police head quaters in Walewale.

Information gathered by Ghanaarticles.com is that, there was a robbery operation at Walewale around 6pm on sunday.

The victim,Salifu Issah, same as the mobile money operator,was shot at his back, but was immeaditely rushed to hospital after the operation. He is currently receieving the needed medical attention.

The identity of the armed robbers has still not been revealed yet but are said to be a gang of three.

According to witnesses, the robbers arrived at the attacked place,on a motor bike. They opened fire on the mobile money operator before taking away his money.

Moreover, the assembly man of the area,expressing his disappointment said the security for the people in the town is poor. He further pleaded for intervention of the millitary service.
