Social media content creator, Sadik Sulley popularly known as SDK has shown his disgust to how the fire department of Ghana place priority on social issues.
Adding his voice to the recent fire Outbreak at the Makola Mall, the Comedian tweeted, “How is it that Ghana police services got much water to disperse demonstrators but Ghana fire services struggle to get water to quench fire”.
Fire which started on Tuesday, 6 July 2021 in just a shop’s banner escalated widely after the fire couldn’t be tamed.
According to eyewitnesses, the Ghana Fire Service close to the mall was called on to quench the fire. Unfortunately they claimed they didn’t have water to execute that action which led to the excessive spread destroying a lot of property.
